Choose the type size first
Slide the size control before you print. Thirty-two point and above suits most low-vision solvers; the caption under the preview tells you whether the sheet still fits on one page, and the amber warning appears the moment a setting will spill. An 8×8 or 10×10 grid buys you room at big sizes.
Get a clean printout from the dialog
- Use the Print button on the page (or Download PDF). In the dialog, turn off “Headers and footers” for a clean sheet.
- Set scale to 100%, never “shrink to fit,” which quietly undoes large print.
- Background graphics off is fine; nothing on the sheets depends on backgrounds.
Paper, card stock, and durability
Pick Letter or A4 in the action bar; layouts are tuned for both. For bingo cards that get reused with daubers, 67–110 lb card stock is worth it; sleeve the pages in plastic and one set lasts a season.
Answer keys and bulk sessions
Answer keys always start on their own page when enabled, so you can hand out puzzles first and keep keys at the desk. Variation packs build one document with many different puzzles; each starts on its own page.
Reprinting an exact puzzle
Save the link from “Copy link” to recreate the identical puzzle, word for word, on any computer. Word search, sudoku, and bingo all support this. Sudoku and bingo also let you skip the link entirely: type the set code back into the Set code field (matching the original difficulty for sudoku, or the same entries for bingo) and it rebuilds the identical grids or cards by hand. Word search shows a set code too, but it only pins the letter arrangement, not your word list, so a code alone can’t reproduce it; Copy link is the way to reproduce a word search.
